Very lovely stay and marvellous and brilliant location.
Nice welcome from owner. Large bedroom with a microwave, central heating and an iron. Setting near the old Rowntree factory, the centre of York, and restaurants. Btw, located to the shops for food supplies. For dinner go to El Gaucho, situated a minute walk from the apartment;)))

I had a great stay at Cocoa Apt York City. The location was excellent, making it easy for me to meet up with family who lived close by. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the facilities and equipment needed to cook full meals. I especially appreciated the wine cooler for relaxing evenings. The apartment was well-appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was also a short walk into York City center, with supermarkets conveniently located nearby. The parking was secure and safe, giving me peace of mind. I had a positive experience and would recommend staying here.
One minor drawback was the confusing parking situation, with the car park located at the top of four flights of stairs. It was also a bit of a hassle getting into the car park due to issues with the fob and not receiving clear instructions.
